Hier gibt's nicht nur die Top Maschinen sondern auch einiges an Zubehör, von Bohrern über Injektionsmörtel. Man wird gut beraten und bekommt Geräte und Werkzeuge die durchdacht und solide sind. Klar - die Preise sind gehoben, aber mMn trotzdem fair. Hilti - The address when you need good quality (also privately) when it comes to construction sites! Here you can find not only the top machines but also a number of accessories, from drills to injection mortar. You get good advice and get equipment and tools that are well thought out and solid. Sure - the prices are high, but still fair.

Daran gibts auch gar nichts zu mäklen, aber der Service in dieser speziellen Filiale läßt wirklich stark zu wünschen übrig. Erst wurde ich behandelt, als hätte ich hier nichts verloren ("Abholen? Für eine Firma?"), dann fand man das gesuchte Gerät nicht und gab mir implizit die Schuld ("Wie war der Name der Firma?" - obwohl ich ihn schon dreimal genannt hatte.) Erst eine Kollegin (von den dreien, die im Lagerraum offensichtlich tratschten) war anscheinend des Lesens mächtig und konnte Abhilfe schaffen. Wie gesagt: Hilti ist super, aber am Umgang mit Kunden sollte man noch feilen! I like Hilti - they are the best tools. There's nothing to complain about about that, but the service in this particular branch really leaves a lot to be desired. First I was treated as if I had nothing to do with here ("Pick it up? For a company?"), Then the device I was looking for was not found and implicitly blamed me ("What was the name of the company?" - although I already had it three times.) Only one colleague (of the three who were obviously gossiping in the storeroom) was apparently able to read and was able to remedy the situation. As I said: Hilti is great, but you should still work on dealing with customers!

Was ich gar nicht mag ist, wenn keine Preise bei den Artikeln finde und alles nachfragen müsste. I was advised very patiently, friendly and with a good dose of humor. What I don't like at all is when I can't find any prices for the articles and have to ask about everything.
