You better know your stuff though, the staff is hit or miss helpful even for the locals.
No complaints! got what I needed. Short commute, can be crowded at certain times.
The only thing I miss is Americans 30 day Money back guarantee compared to getting a store credit on a returneded item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thrown and pushed out from this bauhaus on November 29, 2021 because I could not speak German and did not understand the lady who was asking you my confirmation number. I can speak five languages but not German unfortunately. I have never felt before so humiliated and disrespect in such a racist way. I never thought I would go back here but I had to and I was again humiliated by the information desk lady. Second time I went to get refund from misspriced bicycle tire and the whole process took over 30 minutes.
