There was no customer except me in the shop. None of the 4 employees had offered help or information. Then after 20 min. Leave the shop. Apparently the employees were very busy exchanging sales tips among themselves ...

Verkäuferinnen sagen kein Problem 4-5 Werktage ist sie da .
Mittlerweile zwei Wochen gewartet und noch immer kein Anruf oder E-Mail nach mehrmaligen Anrufen hat dann doch wer abgehoben und genervt mit mir gesprochen.
Ende der Geschichte Jacke um 285€ für meine Frau gekauft .
Die leider zu Weihnachten kein Geschenk unter den Baum gehabt hat ........
Bin wirklich enteuscht noch dazu hab ich einen Woche vorher um knapp 800 € eingekauft und es ist mir viel versprochen worden was nicht gehalten wurde .
Bought jacket was not there in the size.
Sales women say no problem, she'll be there in 4-5 working days.
Waited two weeks now and still no call or e-mail after several calls who picked up and talked to me annoyed.
End of story Jacket bought for my wife for € 285.
Who unfortunately didn't have a present under the tree for Christmas ........
I'm really disappointed, and a week before that I bought for almost 800 € and I was promised a lot that wasn't kept.
