Jeder trug FFP2 und 2 m Abstand wurde meiner Meinung von jedem versucht, sofort immer wieder einzuhalten. Soweit ich das von meiner Sicht und meinem Umfeld her beurteilen konnte. Great shop with a wide range of products for everyday use. Everyone wore FFP2 and every 2 m distance was tried, in my opinion, by everyone immediately and again and again. As far as I could tell from my point of view and my environment.

Mussten 3 Mal (!) verschiedene Spielsachen reklamieren, da diese entweder von Anfang an oder nach Stunden nicht mehr funktionieren. In der Filiale würde sogar überprüft, ob das Spielzeug tatsächlich nicht funktioniert. Wir werden in Zukunft dort keine Spielsachen mehr kaufen. Very unfriendly branch manager on the phone in the branch! Didn't understand at all and didn't believe us. Had to complain about different toys 3 times (!) As they either stop working from the start or after hours. The branch even checks whether the toy is actually not working. We won't buy any more toys there in the future.

Es geht um die Müller App. Seit dem ich dir Müller App nutze, haben die Coupons in der App noch nie funktioniert und wenn dann immer nur mit großer Diskussion an der Kasse! Alle aktivierten Coupons werden NIE automatisch so abgezogen / bearbeitet wie wahrscheinlich gewünscht. Jedes Mal muss ein Filialleiter kommen und erst nach großer Diskussion, vielen Umbuchungen oder einfach Kulanz können die Coupons dann eingelöst werden! Sie bekommen als Gegenleistung all meine Daten zur Verfügung und können damit arbeiten und Werbemaßnahmen etc. persönlicher gestalten und ausspielen - allerdings sehe ich den Mehrwert auf meiner Seite dazu nicht!!!!! Für mich ist es immer mit Stress und Aufwand verbunden, die App zu nutzen! Ich habe auch kein Problem, meine Stamm Drogerie zu wechseln - denn angewiesen bin ich nicht auf Sie - aber in solchen Zeiten, wo viel auch online verglichen werden kann und es nicht nötig ist zu Ihnen zu kommen, sollten Sie sich einfallen lassen, wie man das Problem beheben kann. A branch manager has to come every time and the coupons can only be redeemed after a long discussion, many changes to bookings or simply goodwill! In return, you get all my data available and can work with it and personalize and use advertising measures etc. - but I don't see the added value on my side !!!!! For me, using the app is always associated with stress and effort! I also have no problem changing my regular drugstore - because I don't depend on you - but at times like these, when a lot can also be compared online and it is not necessary to come to you, you should think of how to get one can fix the problem. Damit meine ich nicht die Konzernführung, sondern JEDEN EINZELNEN MITARBEITER beim Müller Freistadt. ;-) ...Aber die Konzernführung wird sicher auch bestimmt passen :-) . Nice staff, shop always clean, assortment very varied, all employees tried very hard! * THANK YOU THAT YOU ARE IN FREISTADT !! * I don't mean the corporate management, but EVERY INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE at Müller Freistadt. ;-) ... But the corporate management will certainly fit :-).
J	Julia H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie eine negative Rezension auf Google veröffentlicht, der heutige Einkauf brachte allerdings das Fass zum Überlaufen im Müller in Freistadt. Mit heutigem Tag ist die vorgeschriebene Maskenpflicht in diesem Bereich gefallen, es obliegt jedem selbst sie weiter zu tragen oder nicht. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, als Kassiererin herum zu brüllen, wie dumm etc. die Kundschaften ohne Maske sind. Als wir bei der besagten schwarzhaarigen Kassiererin waren, kam keine Begrüßung, sie schmiss die Waren nach dem scannen mit Schwung weiter (Gottseidank nichts aus Glas, das wäre nämlich ziemlich sicher kaputt gegangen ;-)) und schnauzte den Betrag frech und arrogant! Keine Verabschiedungsfloskel. Ich bin entsetzt über dieses Verhalten,es macht mich sprachlos, traurig und wütend. Ich werde keinen Fuß jemals noch in diese Filiale setzen und diesen Vorfall auch kundtun im Umkreis! As of today, the mandatory mask requirement in this area has fallen, it is up to everyone to continue wearing it or not. It is a bottomless impertinence to yell as a cashier about how stupid etc. the customers are without a mask. When we got to the said black-haired cashier, there was no greeting, she threw the goods on after scanning (thank God nothing made of glass, that would have almost certainly broken ;-)) and snapped the amount cheekily and arrogantly! No farewell phrase. I am appalled by this behavior, it leaves me speechless, sad and angry. I will never set foot in this branch again and also announce this incident in the area!
