Dafür jetzt unkompliziert und aufgrund geografischer Gegebenheiten (Nachbarschaft) private Zustellung (danke Gerald) mit kontaktloser Übergabe an der Haustür. Passen perfekt. Schnee is auch schon da. I ordered winter shoes for my daughter shortly before Christmas and unfortunately no longer received them before the lockdown. But now uncomplicated and due to geographic conditions (neighborhood) private delivery (thanks Gerald) with contactless handover at the front door. Fit perfectly. Snow is already there.

Ich werde den gewünschten Artikel wohl in einem anderen Geschäft kaufen müssen, schade. Unfortunately no advice. The sellers (3) prefer to look into a cell phone with obviously humorous content. The search was too difficult for me. I will probably have to buy the desired item in another shop, too bad.

Jedesmal, wenn wir dort sind, werden wir freundlich gegrüßt und es wird auch gleich gefragt, ob wir Hilfe brauchen. Das Geschäft ist auch sehr übersichtlich und ordentlich, gibt gar nix zu bemängeln. Wenn mal was nicht vorrätig ist, wird es von den Filialen bestellt und reserviert. Das nenne ich Kundenservice. ? Ist einfach mein Geschäft, perfekt! We are always very satisfied with the staff, can't understand the partly bad reviews at all. Every time we are there, we are greeted in a friendly manner and immediately asked if we need help. The shop is also very clear and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. If something is not in stock, the branches will order and reserve it. That's what I call customer service. ? It's just my business, perfect!
