Und dann bezahle ich für einen Patschen 52,-, weil angeblich jemand an meinen Reifen manipuliert hat, hab aber gesagt, dass das Rad nirgendwo alleine in der Gegend gestanden ist. bei einem anderen Geschäft erfuhr ich dann, dass lediglich der Schlauch beschädigt war und man anscheinend nur an mir verdienen wollte. Frechheit ! Once and never again! No service and complete rip-off, if I had not called myself because of my bike, it would still stand there today. And then I pay for a slap 52, - because someone allegedly manipulated my tire, but I said that the bike was nowhere alone in the area. at another store, I learned that only the hose was damaged and you seemed to want to earn only on me. Ein typischer Österreicher mit allen Stärken und Schwächen.... soll heißen dass man beim betreten des Ladens nicht herzlichst mit Marketing schmäh empfangen wird, aber wenn man sich Zeit für ein Gespräch nimmt, jemanden kennen lernen darf, der von seinem Fach wirklich Ahnung hat. Bei mir war das gewünschte nicht verfügbar, das war nach 2 Minuten klar...wir haben uns trotzdem 20 Minuten angenehm unterhalten. Eine fachwerkstatt in der jemand schraubt der weiß was er tut. Experienced boss, open communication ... Abzocke pur, da am Ende ein um einiges höherer Preis rausschaut, als ursprünglich vereinbart. Und ich wurde nicht einmal proaktiv informiert, dass mein Rad schon fertig und zur Abholung bereit ist. Werde zu einem anderen Fachgeschäft wechseln. Das war das letzte Mal. Not particularly friendly, a really rude, cheeky and outrageous way of dealing with customers. Pure rip-off, as in the end a much higher price looks out than originally agreed. And I wasn't even proactively informed that my bike was ready and ready to be picked up. Will switch to another specialty store. That was the last time.
