★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird einfach nicht zurückgerufen, wenn man ein Problem meldet oder eine Auskunft will... kommt wahrscheinlich auch auf den Betreuer an... doch wenn über 1 Jahr nach Kündigung einer Versicherung plötzlich wieder Beträge vom Konto abgebucht werden, ohne Begründung oder Information, dann bin ich froh, meine Versicherungen gekündigt und woanders abgeschlossen zu haben ?
You are simply not called back if you report a problem or want information ... probably depends on the supervisor ... but if more than 1 year after an insurance policy has been terminated, amounts are suddenly debited from the account again, without justification or information, then I am happy to have canceled my insurance and taken out somewhere else ?
