★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war 11 Jahre Kunde bei der Wiener Städtische Versicherung in WN, war soweit immer zufrieden, da ich nie einen Schaden hatte jedoch jetzt war es dann so weit und wo ich die Versichung einmal gebraucht hätte leider keine Reaktion und leider keine Deckung!!!! Daher würde ich leider diese Versicherung keinen empfehlen!!!! Ich würde gerne 0 Sterne geben aber leider muss man einen geben!!! Leider wurde ich sehr enttäuscht von der Versicherung, mittlerweile wird alles über den Rechtsanwalt geklärt!!
I was a customer of Wiener Städtische Versicherung in WN for 11 years, so far I was always satisfied, since I never had any damage, but now it was so far and where I would have used the insurance, unfortunately, no reaction and unfortunately no cover !!!! Therefore I would unfortunately not recommend this insurance !!!! I would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately you have to give one !!! Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the insurance, now everything is clarified about the lawyer !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da wird auf den Kunden gepfiffen. Lt. Homepage ist die Filliale Wr. Neustadt von 08.00 bis 16.00 Uhr geöffnet.
Da fährt man zu Mittag hin und was erwartet man am Eingang, ein Zettel mit Mittagspause von 12.00 bis 13.30. Nach dem man höflich anklopft wird die Tür geöffnet und darauf hingewiesen das Mittagspause ist. Zusätzlich wird man mit der lapidaren Antwort abgespeist das es halt so ist, nachdem man hingewiesen hat was auf der Homepage steht.
Jetzt muss ich noch einmal hin, meine Zeit vergeuden und wahrscheinlich knienend um eine Grüner Karte betteln.

You go there for lunch and what do you expect at the entrance, a slip of paper with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30. After you politely knock, the door is opened and the lunch break is indicated. In addition, you are fobbed off with the succinct answer that it is just the way it is after you have pointed out what is on the homepage.
Now I have to go again, waste my time and probably kneel down and beg for a green card.
