Ich wähle in Zukunft einen anderen Postservice. Very unfriendly staff member - makes you feel like a nuisance and what I feel was an unjustified charge. I will choose another postal service in the future.

Der sollte am besten nichts mehr mit Kunden zu tun haben ! Eine Frechheit !!! Not even the one star deserves.. so this employee from today (15.03) was so unsympathetic! That doesn't work at all..! It should ideally have nothing to do with customers! An impudence !!!
C	Chris si on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Paket wurde trotz Abstellgenehmigung einfach hinterlegt! Als arbeitender Mensch ist es einem unmöglich unter der Woche das Paket zu holen. Wollte heute Samstag das Paket abholen, da am Zettel stand bis 14:00 geöffnet. Dann stand ich vor verschlossenen Toren. Toll!!! Danke dafür! NICHT! PAKET SHOPS MÜSSEN auch an einem Samstag offen haben für Menschen die 40 Stunden arbeiten! My parcel was simply deposited in spite of the permission to leave it! As a working person it is impossible to pick up the parcel during the week. I wanted to pick up the package today, Saturday, because the note said open until 14:00. Then I stood in front of closed gates. Great!!! Thanks for that! NOT! PACKAGE SHOPS MUST also be open on Saturdays for people who work 40 hours!

Kann auch nicht bestätigen das die Personen weder rassistisch oder abwertend sind. (wobei die Aussage rassistisch !! " strafrechtlich verfolgt werden kann !!) Die Bediensteten müssen sich auch an das Zustellgesetz halten !! und auch an die Vorgaben des BMI für Inneres. Das beste was sie jetzt haben sind die Boxen, da hat man die Möglichkeit jederzeit das Paket abzuholen !! ( kenne ich so noch nicht, ist super für mich) Möchte Euch nur ersuchen steht,s die Wahrheit zu Posten, und private Probleme nicht den Leuten von Hello Counter die gute Arbeit leisten anzulasten ! Und es werden auch keine Zettel an die Türe gelegt nicht verwechseln mit DPD ( da passiert es mir auch immer obwohl ich zuhause bin) Samstags waren Sie noch nie da !! C	Christine Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte nur ein Paket abholen. Man wird direkt Ignoriert , der Mitarbeiter sagt nicht einmal Hallo, tut so als ob er hinten etwas zu tun hätte. Kann nur empfehlen die Pakete woanders abholen zu lassen. Just wanted to pick up a package. You are ignored straight away, the employee doesn't even say hello, pretends that he has something to do in the back. Can only recommend to have the packages picked up somewhere else.
