Hatten 2018 enorme Flugverspätung und landeten mitten in der Nacht auf einem Flughafen, der 400 Kilometer vom eigentlichen Zielflughafen entfernt war - mit einem Bus wurden wir dann stundenlang nachhause gefahren, Essen oder gar Trinken gab es nicht. Hatten den Fall dann an die Kanzlei abgetreten und uns wurde zuversichtlich zugesprochen, wir würden mit Sicherheit einen Ausgleich erhalten. 2 Jahre später haben wir dann eine E-Mail erhalten, dass die Ausgleichsleistung abgewiesen wurde. Hätte ich in diesen zwei Jahren nicht immer wieder nachgefragt wie der Stand ist, hätte ich vermutlich nie etwas gehört….die Kommunikation ist kaum da. Da wir nach meiner Bewertung eine ausführliche Stellungnahme erhalten haben, bin ich bereit meine Bewertung entsprechend anzupassen. 5 Sterne kann ich allerdings nach wie vor nicht vergeben. I can't judge the professionalism, but we weren't lucky in our case. Had an enormous flight delay in 2018 and landed in the middle of the night at an airport that was 400 kilometers from the actual destination airport - we were then taken home in a bus for hours, there was no food or drink. We then ceded the case to the firm and we were confidently assured that we would certainly receive compensation. Two years later we received an email that the compensation payment had been rejected. If I hadn't kept asking about the booth in these two years, I would probably never have heard anything ... there is hardly any communication. Since we received a detailed statement after my rating, I am ready to adjust my rating accordingly. However, I still cannot give 5 stars.
