★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter ist auf der Suche nach einem Auto und hat auf einer Messe die Visitenkarte des Geschäftsführers erhalten. Es wurde vereinbart, dass sich meine Tochter die darauffolgende Woche wegen eines Probefahrt-Termins telefonisch melden soll. Sie versuchte dann 3 Tage hintereinander jemanden zu erreichen - leider ohne Erfolg. Es ging einfach niemand ansTelefon. Man machte sich auch nicht die Mühe zurückzurufen. Meine Tochter wird sich nun nach einer anderen Automarke umsehen. Anscheinend hat man es nicht nötig, sich um potentielle Neukunden zu kümmern.
My daughter is looking for a car and has received at a trade fair the business card of the managing director. It was agreed that my daughter should report by phone the following week for a test drive appointment. She then tried to reach someone 3 days in a row - unfortunately without success. Nobody just answered the phone. One did not bother calling back. My daughter will now look for another car brand. Apparently you do not have to worry about potential new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterinnen und auch die MechanikerInnen sind sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Der Kunde, die Kundin wird gut betreut. Die Kosten diverser Dienstleistungen sind transparent und die Preisgestaltung scheint sehr fair zu sein. Ich fühle mich hier wohl und komme gerne wieder. Besonders Herr Hechenleitner sticht durch seine Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft besonders hervor.
The staff and the mechanics are very helpful and polite. The customer is well looked after. The costs of various services are transparent and the pricing seems to be very fair. I feel good here and would love to come back. Especially Mr. Hechenleitner stands out for his politeness and helpfulness.
