O	Oktay Demirhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, als Kunde muss man aufpassen etwas zu fragen, wollte ein Auto kaufen was ich an einem Samstag dort bereits besichtigt habe und mehr oder weniger mich schon entschieden habe, darauf hin habe ich das Autohaus sofort am Montag besucht um noch wegen dem Preis zu reden ohne Eintausch, innerhalb 5 Minuten habe ich gebeten dem Verkäufer den KV vorzubereiten, er ist nur 290,- ( mein letztes Angebot wäre 390,- günstiger ) mit dem preis entgegengekommen und hat sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht um mich zu überzeugen stattdessen tonstark, unfreundlich, ängstigend hat er klargestellt dass dies ihn nicht interessiert und etc... Schade das man dort nicht als Kunde gesehen und total unfreundlich /unprofessionell empfangen wird. Noch unprofessioneller ist es, dass sich keiner zu meiner Mail gemeldet hat. ( wollte gern wissen ob das üblich ist dort so behandelt zu werden). Würde ich absolut nicht empfehlen, lieber dort kaufen wo Interesse besteht und wo laut dem Motto „Kunde ist König“ gearbeitet wird ! Unfriendly, as a customer you have to be careful asking something, wanted to buy a car that I already viewed there on a Saturday and have more or less already made up my mind, so I visited the dealership immediately on Monday to talk about the price without exchange, within 5 minutes I asked the seller to prepare the KV, he was only 290, - (my last offer would be 390, - cheaper) with the price and didn't even bother to convince me, instead, it was strong, unfriendly, scary, he made it clear that he wasn't interested and etc ... It's a shame that you are not seen there as a customer and are received in a totally unfriendly / unprofessional manner. It is even more unprofessional that no one answered my email. (wanted to know if it is common to be treated like that there). I would absolutely not recommend buying where there is interest and where work is carried out according to the motto “customer is king”!

Bin seit Jahren Kunde und konnte noch nie über die Qualität der Fahrzeuge oder etwaiger Reparaturen klagen. Man merkt auch, dass hier der Kunde noch keine Nummer ist sondern jeder persönlich und freundlich betreut wird. Top! Extremely competent both in sales and in the workshop. I have been a customer for years and have never been able to complain about the quality of the vehicles or any repairs. One also notices that here the customer is not a number but everyone is looked after personally and friendly. Top!
