★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War schon öfter dort und habe mich bis jetzt immer sehr gut beraten und willkommen gefühlt aber von dem heutigen besuch war ich sehr enttäuscht!
Wollte eigentlich maßangefertigte bumas maulkörbe kaufen und hab mich schon länger darauf gefreut aber hab mich dann bei der beratung unwohl gefühlt und bin deswegen ohne maulkörbe wieder gegangen.
Abschätzige Kommunikation und das Gefühl zu haben, dass mir nicht zugehört wird bei Produkten die mir knappe 400€ kosten geht für mich gar nicht...

Actually wanted to buy custom-made bumas muzzles and have been looking forward to it for a long time, but then I felt uncomfortable during the consultation and therefore left without muzzles.
Disparaging communication and the feeling that I am not being listened to with products that cost me just under € 400 is not possible for me ...
