We needed for the Transport box a small accessories which cost only 5 euros and we couldn't find it online and the Trixie in Germany doesn't sell goods to private person. i called many branches in Vienna and non would order it from Germany because it was a small order and wouldn't pay of. But this shop did it immediately. We had only 7 days till our trip and i got it 5 days after i called them! im so grateful that there are still people that don't care about the money and they do care!
