Beautiful circular hiking trail in the Krippenstein karst landscape. Do not forget sun protection, because there is (almost) no shade here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist mir unmöglich an diesem Standort positive Sterne zu vergeben, so eindrucksvoll die Umgebung auch ist. Ich war selbst noch ein Kind als ich von dem Unglück erfuhr. Ein paar Tage vorher wollte das Kinderheim mit uns noch die Eishöhlen besuchen und dann zu Fuß den Weg hinunter gehen. Wurde wegen dem schlechten Wetter abgesagt.
Ich verweile oft in Gedenken an der Stelle wo das Drama passierte. Die Hilferufe der Kinder nach der Mutter verfolgen mich noch lange am weiteren Weg.
It is impossible for me to give positive stars to this location, as impressive as the surroundings are. I was a child myself when I found out about the tragedy. A few days before that, the children's home wanted to visit the ice caves with us and then walk down the path. Was canceled due to bad weather.
I often linger in remembrance at the point where the drama happened. The children's cries for help after their mother haunt me for a long time to come.

Leider wurde uns die Zeit zu knapp ,darum müssen wir den Rundweg nochmal machen. Ich freu mich drauf.
