M	Manfred Rieser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedenkstätte an das Grubenunglück am 17. Juli 1998, insgesamt wurden 2 Häuser zerstört und 18 Häuser beschädigt. Nach dem Unglück wurden einige der Häuser in direkter Nachbarschaft abgetragen. Die zehn Männer der Rettungsmannschaft blieben im Berg und wurden für tot erklärt. Im Jahr 2000 wurde die Suche nach ihren Leichen eingestellt. Ein Mann überlebte und würde nach 9 Tagen über ein Bohrloch geborgen. Memorial to the mining accident on July 17, 1998, a total of 2 houses were destroyed and 18 houses damaged. After the accident, some of the houses in the immediate vicinity were demolished. The ten men on the rescue team stayed in the mountain and were pronounced dead. In 2000, the search for their bodies was stopped. One man survived and would be recovered from a borehole after 9 days.

P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl das Ereignis so tragisch war und unvorstellbares Leid für die Angehörigen brachte ist die Gedenkstätte sehr schlicht aber wahnsinnig beeindruckend für jeden Menschen mit Gefühl gestaltet. Ich sass eine Stunde im stillen Gedenken an die Opfer auf einer Bank am Rande der ehemaligen Grube. Dabei spürte ich eine tiefe Ruhe in mir. Although the event was so tragic and brought unimaginable suffering for the relatives, the memorial is very simple but incredibly impressive for everyone with feeling. I sat for an hour in silent memory of the victims on a bench on the edge of the former pit. I felt a deep calm in me.
