I was very excited to try Hefi for a long time but was quite disappointed. Waited long on a queue and received a cone which on the inside seemed uncooked or as if the dough was very old, tasted like it too. I brought it back and asked for a new one. They tried to explain me that it "should be like this" (it shouldn't, I've eaten these in Prague and Budapest and they are fluffy as a cloud). Eventually I got offered a new one but it was the same. I'm surely not going back there. It's a pity for such a centrally located spot. Many people must go through it on a daily.

A little overpriced but it is Vienna, wait times were long and it was a bit disorganized even when it was not busy. Overall it came out hot and fresh despise the lack of customer service.

Great price fot great taste! Can definitely recommend. They have all kinds of toppings and versions. And for the ones longing for the classic Czech ones, they have those too.

Very unhygienic staff- Took the money and used that hands to roll the cone without washing Cone also…uncooked! Please be aware to consume the food here!

Good price for the size. It can be a bit too sweet though. Staff was really friendly

We’ve been to Hefi altogether five times so far. And each time the texture of the chimney roll kept changing. We remember how great it was the first time we tried it back in September 2019. It was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. And the soft serve was complimenting the roll really well. Then the dough was thinner, pretty hard outside and not so elastic inside. Could be because they wrapped it too tight around the stick. Then the size of the roll seemed to be significantly smaller(shorter.) The last time(September 2020) the inside was somehow soggy. And the matcha soft serve was made of yogurt instead of just usual cream (I assumed based on the hint of sourness. Either it was yogurt or the soft serve already went bad ?) and it completely overpowered the matcha flavor. It was basically just green yogurt soft serve. I understand that they’re made fresh hence the relatively long waiting. But perhaps if you manage to squeeze a bigger working surface in the staff and cut/chop/slice fruits faster. One more strike - the staff needs to be reminded to always use the thongs when they prepare the ingredients and not just grab the sliced bananas with their hands, wearing gloves or not.

Very friendly dessert staff. A small shop offering the best dessert after a good meal. Very different from the usual desserts you see on the streets using cinnamon bun as ice cream cone. Staying nearby and always see queue outside the shop waiting to order. The cinnamon does not soak up the ice cream within it. Perfect dessert to end the night!
