Whilst the menu is fairly select in its offering the quality of the food will leave most speechless. Very supportive of English speakers

What differs it from the other restaurants in this location is that it is higher, so the view is clearer. The food is always great there, but the only reason I did not put 5 stars is that the waiter asked us if we want bacon next to our Eggs Benedict and of course we said yes, without mentioning that we will get each a big plate of Bacon, it wasn’t just an add-on. None of us finished the bacon plate because it was really too much. So when you want to add bacon to your plate just order one for the whole table.

From the outside, it looks like you are in the wrong place as the outside promotes the Twin City Liner but get closer and you will see signs for the restaurant. Follow the signs down (again it feels wrong, but it's right) and you will arrive at the door of the restaurant. Inside you will find a buzzing bar and a cool restaurant looking out over the canal and across to the Sofitel. The menu had great options for vegetarians and meat eaters. The food was excellent and the accompanying wine list really worked with the dishes. Service was fantastic, they helped us choose the right Austrian wine to match the dishes and many staff members were on had if we needed anything. You can't order a cab/uber to pick you up (because it is on a busy road) but the tram is steps away, and there is a cab rank nearby. You can walk back to the centre (Cathedral) in about 15 minutes.

Best service in Vienna. Friendly and efficient with all us tourists with covid passes and ffp2 masks being a must. Would 100 percent recommend and have recommended since returning home to Scotland from Vienna x as you can see we visited every day we were there ...couldn't not . Just the best ambiance for a beautiful city centre vibe ....enjoy ?
