★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem man nicht in der Lage war, mir bescheid zu geben, dass der Container nicht am vereinbarten Tag kommt weil der LKW nicht durch die Einfahrt gepasst hat
und ich mich höllisch aufgeregt habe, warum man nicht einfach anrufen kann, stand ein "netter" Herr vor der Tür.
Ich hatte über einen Portal einen 8m³ Container für 400 € bestellt, in dem ich alles entsorgen konnte. Er versprach mir statt diesen 4 Kleine Behälter a ca 1,5 m³. Diese würden durch die
Einfahrt passen, ich könnte den Müll trennen und somit Kosten sparen. Diese Variante koste DEUTLICH weniger, da ich pro Tonne etwa 75 Euro zahlen müsse.
Am Ende hatte ich 2 m³ weniger Volumen, den Aufwand, den Müll zu trennen und eine Rechnung von 489 € bei 3 tonnen Abfall.
Nachdem ich per SMS den netten Herr an sein versprechen erinnert habe, hat er mich einfach blockiert.
So kann man es auch machen. Verprechungen von sich geben, um einen zu beruhigen und hiterher ignorieren.
Finger weg. Rhomberg soll ein Bauunternehmen bleiben. Für Recycling gibt es weitaus kompetentere und vertrauenswürdigere Unternehmen.
After I was unable to inform me that the container would not come on the agreed day because the truck did not fit through the driveway
and I got really excited why you can't just call, a "nice" gentleman was standing at the door.
I had ordered an 8m³ container for € 400 through a portal, in which I could dispose of everything. He promised me instead of these 4 small containers, each about 1.5 m³. These would be through the
Driveway fit, I could separate the garbage and thus save costs. This variant clearly costs less because I have to pay around 75 euros per ton.
In the end I had 2 m³ less volume, the effort to separate the waste and an invoice of € 489 for 3 tons of waste.
After I reminded the nice gentleman of his promise by SMS, he simply blocked me.
You can do it that way. Make promises to calm you down and ignore them.
Hands off. Rhomberg should remain a construction company. There are far more competent and trustworthy companies for recycling.
