Die Temperatur ist immer viel zu hoch und somit schaltet es erst ein wenn man 24 Grad oder mehr einschaltet. Das ist inakzeptabel. Versuche das Gerät zurück zu geben, bin gespannt ob dies einfach so geht. Werde dann eine neue Sternebewertung setzen. Everything fits. Price heating perfect 05/07/2017 The thermostat that I bought is not recommended. The temperature is always too high and so it only turns on when you turn on 24 degrees or more. This is unacceptable. Trying to give the device back, I'm curious to see if it just works. Will then set a new star rating.

Beim Infrarot Panel ist eine Schablone dabei mit der man die benötigen Löcher ohne lästiges ausmessen direkt bohren kann. In Summe hing das Panel in 15 Minuten:) We ordered online and the delivery came the next day. With the infrared panel there is a template with which you can drill the required holes directly without having to measure. In total the panel hung in 15 minutes :)

Die Firma ist sehr Kulant und versucht immer eine geeignete Lösung zu finden um den Kunden die beste Lösung anzubieten. Ich würde die Heizung sofort wieder dort Bestellen! Great company! Meine Bestellung wollte ich eigentlich geliefert bekommen, habe mich dann aber doch zur Selbstabholung entschieden. War kein Problem...die Geräte lagen schon vorbereitet und die Mitarbeiter haben sie mir gleich zum Auto gebracht. Die Installation war einfach und das Einrichten der App zur Fernsteuerung funktionierte einwandfrei. Schön, dass es noch so freundliche, kompetente und flexible Unternehmen gibt ! Great service! I was given friendly and competent advice over the phone. I actually wanted to have my order delivered, but then decided to pick it up myself. Wasn't a problem ... the devices were already prepared and the employees brought them to my car. Installation was easy and setting up the remote control app worked flawlessly. It's nice that it's so friendly and competent and flexible company there!

Wir besitzen schon einige Infrarotheizungen von Headness, sind sehr zufrieden damit und werden diese noch erweitern. Pleasant communication, quick contact, tries very hard if there are problems to solve them in a customer-friendly way. We already own a number of Headness infrared heaters, are very satisfied with them and will continue to add to these.
