T	Tünde Primus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz der Wartezeit möchten wir nur Positives berichten: der Empfang war telefonisch sowie persönlich vor Ort sehr freundlich, Parkplätze waren frei und selbst die Wartezeit, auf die um Verständnis bittend hingewiesen wurde, wurde erklärt. Die Frau Doktor selbst ist eine erfahrene und sehr gute Diagnostikerin und äußerst sympathisch. Sogar unser Baby hat sie sich angesehen. Zudem hat sie uns Diagnosen, Ursachen und Behandlung erklärt und mit einer netten Eselsbrücke versehen. Sogar eine Salbenprobe haben wir für die Kleine erhalten. Einfach nur top! Mich, die Mama, wird sie behandeln, sobald ich abgestillt habe. Auch dieser Hinweis des besten Zeitpunktes der Behandlung kam umsichtig von ihr! PS. : Sie fühlte sich durch mein Wissen aus der Naturheilkunde nicht bedroht, ganz im Gegenteil, wir kommunizierten auf Augenhöhe! Despite the waiting time, we only want to report positive things: the reception was very friendly by phone and personally on site, parking spaces were free and even the waiting time, which was asked for understanding, was explained. The doctor herself is an experienced and very good diagnostician and extremely personable. Even our baby looked at it. In addition, she explained diagnoses, causes and treatment to us and provided us with a nice donkey bridge. We even received a sample of the ointment for the little one. Just great! She will treat me, Mama, as soon as I have weaned. This hint of the best time for treatment came from her cautiously too! PS. : She did not feel threatened by my knowledge of naturopathy, on the contrary, we communicated on an equal footing!
N	Nicole Untersberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schneller Termin, freundliche Damen bei der Anmeldung. Aber! Die Ärztin war komplett im Stress, schnelle Abfertigung lautet hier die Devise. Sie hat sich kaum Zeit für mich genommen und nur halbinformative Anweisungen und Infos gegeben. Hab mich gar nicht verstanden oder gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung. Fast appointment, friendly ladies when registering. But! The doctor was completely stressed out, fast processing is the motto here. She hardly took any time for me and only gave semi-informative instructions and information. Didn't understand me at all or felt that I was in good hands. Definitely not a recommendation.

Die Frau Dr. obwohl sie viel zu tun hätte, hat alle meine Fragen beantwortet- es waren echt viele (war sicher 1/2 Stunde bei ihr) und alles sehr gut aufgeklärt. Ich komm sehr gern wieder zum meinen nächsten Termin :) kann weiter empfehlen :) I'm very satisfied! The lady in reception is incredibly nice and helps with every problem. Got an appointment quickly and was treated great. The Mrs. although she had a lot to do, she answered all my questions - there were really many (I was sure about 1/2 hour with her) and everything was cleared up very well. I would love to come back for my next appointment :) can recommend :)

Besonderen Dank an Schwester Nicole die Ihre Arbeit sehr ruhig und gewissenhaft macht. Beste Hautärztin in Graz sehr zu empfehlen. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Very nice reception, very nice doctor and very nice and competent treatment. Special thanks to Sister Nicole who does her work very calmly and conscientiously. Best dermatologist in Graz highly recommended.

M	Mrs Jess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin hat sich keine Zeit für mich genommen. Trotz Termin musste ich über 45 Minuten warten. Danach wurde ich eher schnell abgefertigt. Sie hat mir auch gar nicht zugehört bzw. ist nicht auf meine Fragen eingegangen. Mir wurde dann einfach eine Salbe verschrieben, ich bekam aber keine Aufklärung über Anwendungsdauer oder Inhaltsstoffe. Insgesamt würde ich diese Praxis NICHT weiterempfehlen. Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. The doctor didn't take any time for me. Despite the appointment, I had to wait over 45 minutes. After that, I was dispatched rather quickly. She also didn't listen to me at all or didn't answer my questions. I was then simply prescribed an ointment, but I was not given any information about the duration of use or the ingredients. Overall, I would NOT recommend this practice to others. Lady at the front desk was very nice.

Für mich die BESTE HAUTÄRZTIN - sie nimmt sich viel Zeit für einen, ist super freundlich und ist wahnsinnig kompetent. Zu 100% empfehlenswert . Sehr, sehr liebebswert und sympathisch inkl. der äußerst freundlichen Assistentinnen. I've been with Dr. Schöllnast and was always competently advised and treated with smaller and larger problems. For me the BEST SKIN DOCTOR - she takes a lot of time for you, is super friendly and is incredibly competent. 100% recommended. Very, very lovable and personable including the extremely friendly assistants.
