★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low rating is because of their online shop. I cannot understand how in 2020 one still cannot organize at least a decent online service. It is shockingly slow. A normal order (not black Friday or special sale) takes AT LEAST 2 weeks to be dispatched... And they keep insisting on their website that the delivery times are just 4-6 days. The frustration is growing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too hot. They need to turn down the heating, as I suggested to a cashier, who just ignored my suggestion. Apart from being uncomfortably hot, this is not a very eco-sensitive, energy-saving attitude for a major chain in this day and age. Or at least have a free coat check at the door.
