Jede Frage wurde ernst genommen und beantwortet, wo nötig eine Behandlung veranlasst. Gerade die Dokumentation der Krankengeschichte und des aktuellen Status (Muttermale u.a.) kannte ich in dieser ausführlichen Form bisher noch nicht. Die Administration durch Frau Sabine läuft seither absolut unkompliziert, herzlich und weit über den Standard hinaus bemüht. Auch bei Anfragen nach einem kurzfristigen Termin, gab es bisher immer zeitnah eine Lösung. Von meiner Familie, Freunden und Kollegen, die bisher bei Frau Dr. Groff in Behandlung waren habe ich auch nur Gutes gehört. Ich bin wirklich froh, dass wir mit Frau Dr. Groff und Ihrem Team eine kompetente Dermatologin mit Herz und Struktur in Villach haben. I was not aware of the documentation of the medical history and the current status (birthmarks, etc.) in this detailed form. Since then, the administration by Ms. Sabine has been absolutely uncomplicated, cordial and tried far beyond the standard. Even with requests for a short-term appointment, there has always been a prompt solution. From my family, friends and colleagues who have worked with Dr. I've only heard good things when I've been treated by Groff. I am really glad that we with Dr. Groff and your team have a competent dermatologist with heart and structure in Villach.

The extremely nice receptionist welcomed me in a very friendly manner, the waiting time was short and I felt that I was in very good hands during the examination by Dr. Groff.

Im Netz bin ich dann auf Frau Dr. Groff gestoßen und habe sehr schnell einen Termin für eine Muttermalkontrolle bekomme. Beim ersten Termin nahm sich Frau Dr. Groff sehr viel Zeit für mich und auch die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fühlte mich in der dieser Praxis sofort wohl und kann sie jedem nur weiterempfehlen. Dr. Groff nimmt sich für einen Zeit, beantwortet alle Anliegen und Fragen kompetent und man hat auch nicht das Gefühl, sofort nur Rezepte aufgedrückt zu bekommen. Nach jeder Behandlung bekommt man zudem sofort einen Arztbrief und kann sich zu Hause nochmal alles in Ruhe durchlesen, was diagnostiziert wurde und gemacht wurde. :) I first went to a panel doctor in Villach and was totally dissatisfied. On the internet I then came across Dr. Groff and got an appointment for a mole check very quickly. At the first appointment, Dr. Groff spent a lot of time with me and the lady at reception was also very friendly and attentive. I immediately felt comfortable in this practice and can only recommend it to everyone. dr Groff takes his time for you, answers all concerns and questions competently and you don't have the feeling that you're just being given prescriptions straight away. After each treatment you also get a doctor's letter immediately and you can read everything that was diagnosed and done at your leisure at home. :)
