★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophales Management im Vorzimmer. Auch bei dringenden Fällen werden keine Termine angeboten bzw. eingeschoben. Versprochene Rückrufe erfolgen nie. Die mangelnde Kompetenz im Vorzimmer sind sicher ein Teil der gelebten Klagenfurter Kultur des Aussitzens. Auf diesem Niveau ist allerdings medizinische Versorgung nicht zumutbar.
Disastrous management in the anteroom. Even in urgent cases, no appointments are offered or inserted. Promised callbacks never happen. The lack of competence in the anteroom is certainly part of the lived Klagenfurt culture of sitting out. At this level, however, medical care is not reasonable.
