Nur durch abreisende Gäste konnten wir morgens um 8Uhr schon ins Haus gelangen, um uns zum Ski Fahren umzuziehen. Der Hauswirt kommt erst um 14Uhr ins Haus. Er betonte nach "europäischem Recht" ist das geregelt! Der Parkplatz war morgens voller Schnee, da es nachts stark geschneit hatte. Abfahrt und Ankunft der Gäste mit dem Auto war äußerst schwierig. Der Parkplatz wurde in keinste Weise geräumt. Bei der Begrüßung war er sehr unfreudlich und das blieb auch die ganze Woche so. Das Frühstück muss man im Hotel Alpen Juwel einnehmen. 3min Fußmarsch. Darüber wurde man vorher nicht informiert. Der Skikeller hat keine Schuhheizung. Alle Stühle auf der Terrasse defekt. Positves: Gute Lage zum Skilift Sehr gutes Frühstück im Hotel Alpen Juwel- Negatives: Nobody in the house can be reached in the morning. Mit dem Inhaber kann man sich wunderbar unterhalten, er hat sich immer viel Zeit genommen. kommen gerne wieder, danke nochmal. A cozy family-run guest house, we enjoyed spending time here, location right next to the gondolas, super delicious breakfast in a four-star hotel next door. You can have a wonderful chat with the owner, he always took a lot of time. love to come back, thanks again.
J	Jean-Paul Latour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super ontvangst door Hans, bij aankomst stond hij ondanks de drukte gelijk voor ons klaar en konden wij gelijk naar onze schone, nette kamer. Wat helemaal super is, is de ligging van het hotel. Je trekt je skischoenen in het hotel aan en bent binnen 1 minuut bij de gondel. Daarnaast ben ik zeer te spreken over het ontbijt, dit is in een ander hotel (alpenjuwel), wat zo’n 3 minuten lopen is en waar je werkelijk een super ontbijt krijgt met alles erop en eraan. Ook het kamermeisje Dominika doet goed haar werk en zorgt elke dag weer voor een schone kamer met schone handdoeken. Kortom: Hans en Dominika bedankt voor de goede service en gastvrijheid! T	T D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir besuchten nun schon zum zweiten Mal das Haus Theresia, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal sehr gut gefallen hat. Die einfachen Zimmer bieten alles, was man zum Ski fahren braucht. Sie wurden auch täglich wieder sehr schön hergerichtet. Das Frühstück ist einsame Spitze - Obst, Gemüse, Müsli und allerlei Eierspeisen. Der Hotelwirt ist sehr herzlich und zudem äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Lage kann kaum besser sein: Geht man aus dem Skikeller, steht man schon an der Gondel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! We visited the Theresia house for the second time because we liked it very much the first time. The simple rooms offer everything you need for skiing. They were also beautifully prepared every day. The breakfast is awesome - fruit, vegetables, cereals and all kinds of egg dishes. The hotel owner is very warm and extremely accommodating. The location can hardly be better: if you leave the ski cellar, you are already at the gondola. We would like to come again!
