 The location is quiet and the view is more than wonderful for those who love the countryside and tranquility and treat their lady Martina's residence very nicely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Apartment, bei Martina hatte man mehr den Eindruck als kenne man sie schon Ewig. Eine ganz tolle Vermieterin. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder ???
We had a very nice apartment, with Martina you had more the impression as you know them forever. A great landlady. We will definitely be back ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصح بالسكن شقه متكامله من اداوت المطبخ وكل شى عاد غسيل الملابس ، يوجود إطلالة خيالية ، يتم تؤفير المخبوزات بشكل يومي كل صباح ، السيدة مارتينا قمة بالاخلاق والتعامل ، الافضل استاجر سيارة للسكن فيه حيث ان السكن في مكان مرتفع على الجبل ، تبعد عن كابرون 8 دقايق بالسيارة و زيلامسي 13 دقيقة
I recommend housing an integrated apartment of kitchen utensils and everything is back laundry, there is a fancy view, baked goods are served on a daily basis every morning, Ms. Martina summit ethics and deal, the best rent a car to live in, where housing in a high place on the mountain, away from Kaprun 8 minutes By car and Zell am See 13 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Традиция! Каждый Новый год я с семьей справляю в этом небольшом Аппартотеле. Был и летом. Он небольшой, но очень уютен. Все необходимое есть, начиная с парковки и заканчивая помещением для сушки лыж. Для начинающих лыжников горка начинается от дома, Самое ценное это хозяева.Мартина и Франц прекрасные люди и хозяева. Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых. Вид с балкона просто потрясающий. Если кто не хочет готовить, рядом ресторанчик с таким же прекрасным видом.
Tradition! Every new year I celebrate with my family in this small Appartotel. There was summer. It is small, but very cozy. Everything you need is from the parking lot to the ski room. For beginner skiers, the slide begins at home. The most valuable thing is the owners. Martin and Franz are wonderful people and owners. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony is simply amazing. If someone does not want to cook, next to a restaurant with the same beautiful view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently returned from this lovely family guesthouse. We've been treated very nice. The owners are very friendly people. The house itself is great, the rooms are neat and tidy. Everything you need is available and if something is missing you can always ask the owner. The view is astounding. I have never had such a nice view from an appartement I rented. I highly recommend this guesthouse when you are looking for something not to expensive in the region of Zell am See
