Das Haus kann leider nichts für seine Besitzer.... Das Haus ist schön und okay ausgestattet. ABER: Überall kleben Zettel mit DON´Ts was sehr nervig ist und auch aus meiner Sicht unangemessen. Leider haben wir direkt bei der Vermieterin gebucht und uns auf die Zahlung einer Kaution eingelassen. Davon rate ich unbedingt ab. Für eine Lampe -die nicht durch uns Beschädigt wurde- und wahrscheinlich schon seit dem Bau des Hauses dort stand und einen durch uns beschädigten Toilettensitz (ohne Absenkautomatik) wurden 200 € einbehalten. Auch mehrmaliges erklären und erläutern, dass die Lampe nicht von uns beschädigt wurde, wurde (in einem unangemessen Ton) konsequent ignoriert. Und das bei einem Mietpreis der zuzüglich Endreinigung schon am oberen Limit war. Über den Umgangston schweige ich besser hier, aber er spiegelt die gesamten Verweise im Haus wieder. So okay das Haus war, so knallhart und übertrieben war das Erwachen als es um die Rückzahlung ging. Auch in Corona-Zeiten, wo jeder schaut wo er bleibt, ist das ein absolutes NO GO. Wir werden nichts mehr bei dieser Vermieterin buchen.

Unfortunately, the house cannot help its owners .... The house is nicely and okay equipped. BUT: Everywhere there are notes with DON'Ts, which is very annoying and, from my point of view, inappropriate. Unfortunately we booked directly with the landlord and agreed to pay a deposit. I strongly advise against that. For a lamp - which was not damaged by us - and has probably been there since the building of the house and a toilet seat damaged by us (without soft close), 200 € were withheld. Repeatedly explaining and explaining that the lamp was not damaged by us was consistently ignored (in an inappropriate tone). And that at a rental price that, plus final cleaning, was already at the upper limit. I better keep quiet about the tone here, but it reflects all the references in the house. As okay as the house was, the awakening when it came to repayment was tough and exaggerated. Even in Corona times, where everyone looks where they are, this is an absolute NO GO. We will no longer book anything with this landlady.
