We spend Christmas here with friends and family. The apartment is nice and spacious, everything is there, friendly owner, we are satisfied!

Die Kainzners sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Umgang ist familiär und unkompliziert, und es wird weit mehr für einen getan als in der Anonymität eines großen Hotels. Wir sind begeistert, können das Haus am Sonnenhang wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen! Fantastic location, beautiful large rooms, delicious breakfast - we had a vacation that couldn't have been better. The Kainzners are extremely friendly and courteous, the contact is informal and uncomplicated, and far more is done for you than in the anonymity of a large hotel. We are thrilled, can warmly recommend the house on the Sonnenhang and will definitely come again!

V případě dostatku sněhu se dá dojet na lyžích k lanovce, to samé platí o návratu (z Penkenu 6,1 km dlouhý sjezd k apartmánu). Wifi zdarma, příjemná paní domácí, ze všech pokojů nádherné výhledy na okolní hory, pokoje mají vlastní sociální zařízení a balkóny, kuchyň dobře vybavená, dostatek parkovacích míst (zdarma), bezkonkurenční poměr cena/kvalita. Great place close to the Finkenberg 10er cable car (3 minutes by car, ski bus to the apartment). In the case of enough snow, you can ski to the cable car, the same goes for returning (from Penken 6.1 km downhill to the apartment). Free Wifi, nice lady, from all rooms wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, rooms have private bathroom and balconies, kitchen well equipped, ample parking (free), unbeatable price / quality ratio.

Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und familiär. Hat uns gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder. Beautiful location with stunning views from the balcony over the Zillertal. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate and something for everyone. The family is very friendly and informal. We liked it, we'll be back for sure.

A very friendly place to relax for 8-9 people; clean, functional - 3 rooms with bathrooms, kitchen with dining room - very well equipped; A skibus on request leaves from the house, 3-5 minutes to the Finkenberg gondola station.
