War mit Wohnwagen zum vorführen...nach termin keine wartezeit die kleinen Mängel wurden direkt schnell und günstig behoben,alles genau angeschaut super Teamarbeit . Top!? Good workshop. Was with a caravan to demonstrate ... after appointment no waiting time the small defects were fixed quickly and cheaply, everything looked closely great teamwork. Great! ?

Betrifft Werkstatt: Wirken kompetent und Gut ausgerüstet, ich denke die Werkstatt ist das einzige was diesen Laden noch am Leben erhält Concerning sales: Absolutely crazy, the cars are grossly overpriced and plastered and in really bad condition, some of the cars have been for sale outside on the square for 4 years. Concerning workshop: Acting competent and well equipped, I think the workshop is the only thing that keeps this shop alive

Finde es unmöglich als Unternehmen- wenn eine Bewertung online gestellt wurde, diese nicht positiv ist- hinterher über einen Kunden abzulästern und sich nicht die Mühe zu machen explizit nach zu fragen warum die Bewertung so negativ ist! Auf die nachfolgende Erklärung haben Sie dann nicht mehr reagiert!? Ich arbeite im Customer Support im B2B-Bereich, ich habe auch mit Kunden zu tun. Dass Diese auch mal ungehalten sind gibt es immer wieder. Man kann es nicht jedem Kunden recht machen. Aber dass ein Dienstleiter sich nach negativer Bewertung über potentielle Kunden lustig macht ist für mich ein absolutes No-go! und hat nichts mit Kundenservice zu tun. Ich empfehle Ihrem Personal einen Workshop mit dem Thema: Umgang mit Kunden! Ich persönlich habe noch keine Erfahrung mit Ihrem Unternehmen gemacht und kann sonst nichts negatives sagen oder schreiben. Vielleicht werde ich es in Zukunft mal versuchen. Find it impossible as a company - if a review was posted online, it is not positive - to blaspheme a customer afterwards and not bother to ask explicitly why the review is so negative! You then no longer responded to the following declaration !? I work in customer support in the B2B area, I also deal with customers. There are always times when they are angry. You can't please every customer. But that a service provider makes fun of potential customers after a negative rating is an absolute no-go for me! and has nothing to do with customer service. I recommend a workshop for your staff on the topic: Dealing with customers! Personally, I haven't had any experience with your company and I can't say or write anything negative. Der Kontakt war wie immer freundlich und ehrlich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! As in previous years, I had my car demonstrated at the ÖAMTC, I went to Honda Häseli, got a quote and the following repairs were carried out in exactly the same way. As always, the contact was friendly and honest. I'm very satisfied!
W	Werner Raffl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo Leute! Ich bin seit ca. 10 Jahren bei der Fa. Häseli mit mehrenen Fahrzeugen bzw. Fremdmarken, wie Peugeot, Opel, sowie Womo Fiat Dukato im Service. Wenn ich eine bessere Werkstatt hätte, würde ich wahrscheinlich diese benützen. Aber es gibt nichts bersseres im Umkreiss von 100Km. Bis jetzt hat noch jeder Termin bei der Anmeldung sowie bei der der abholung Zeitlich gepasst, ebenfalls waren die Mitarbeiter immer bemüht auch sonderfälle des Fahrzeugs und auch noch nach 17h noch zu reparieren. Ebenfalls habe ich auch immer das vertrauen, daß auch in Stresssituationen das Fahrzeug best möglich versorgt wird. Also bitte, das Personal ist sicher Top. Ich werde weiterhin mit bestem vertauen meinen Fuhrpark der Fa. Häseli übergeben da auch Preis Leistung okay ist, Jungs weiter so, und vielen DANK für eure bereits geleistete Arbeit. Leider war die Rezension meiner Vorgängerin sehr schlecht, aber eine anständige Werkstatt kann leider keinen Schrotthaufen im Positiven Sinn des Kunden Vorführen, wenn dieser nicht mehr Verkehrstauglich ist. sorry Also Jungs, alles Richtig gemacht, und nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lassen. ganz liebe Grüße aus Muntlix Hi Guys! I have been with Häseli for about 10 years with several vehicles and other brands, such as Peugeot, Opel and Womo Fiat Dukato in the service. If I had a better workshop, I would probably use this one. But there is nothing bad within a radius of 100km. So far, every appointment for registration and collection has been timed, and the employees have also always tried to repair special cases of the vehicle and even after 5pm. I also always trust that the vehicle will be supplied in the best possible way, even in stressful situations. So please, the staff is definitely top. I will continue to hand over my fleet of vehicles to Häseli with the best of confidence because the price / performance ratio is okay, guys keep it up, and many THANKS for the work you have already done. Unfortunately, the review of my predecessor was very bad, but unfortunately a decent workshop cannot present a scrap heap in the positive sense of the customer if it is no longer roadworthy. sorry So guys, done everything right, and don't let that upset you. Der Kundenkontakt ist freundlich & ehrlich und die Preise sind fair. Ich kann daher die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Thanks to the very satisfactory service and the competent team, we have been customers of Honda Häseli with our two cars for almost five years, even though none of our cars is a Honda. The customer contact is friendly & honest and the prices are fair. I can therefore not understand the bad reviews.

Sollte mein Auto abschleppen weil es (eh in der Nähe) liegen blieb, von "tja, für a Frau kannst eh gut hinterherfahren am Abschleppseil" bis hr Weiber könnt halt nicht Auto fahren... " absolut unverschämt! Lichtmaschine Wechsel absolut überteuert. Ich war zwei Male in dieser Werkstatt, nie wieder. Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, die müssen gekauft sein Where do I start ... As a woman, it is better to go somewhere else, especially the old boss is very very misogynistic and outrageous. Should tow my car because it stayed (anyway), from "well, for a woman you can always follow the tow rope" to your woman can't drive ... "absolutely outrageous! Alternator change absolutely overpriced. I Has been to this workshop twice, never again. I cannot understand the positive reviews, they have to be bought
