★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für unseren Bad/WC Umbau haben wir uns für das Sortiment für Bergmann entschieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, das Sortiment ist riesig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Auch das Personal überzeugt in Kompetenz und Hilfsbereitschaft. Es wird gezielt auf den Kunden eingegangen, Wünsche aufgegriffen, und auch Alternativen geboten. Absolute Empfehlung meinerseits, würde wieder dort kaufen.
For our bathroom / toilet renovation, we opted for the Bergmann range. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner, the range is huge and leaves little to be desired. The staff are also convincing in their competence and helpfulness. The customer is specifically addressed, requests are taken up, and alternatives are offered. Absolute recommendation on my part, would buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hätte hier gerne 4 1/2 Sterne vergeben. Die Auswahl ist riesig und lässt bei Fliesen und Steinzeug keine Wünsche offen. Den halben Stern Abzug gibt es für zwei Punkte. Einmal die Beratung war okay hätte eben eine Spur besser und freundlicher sein können um Sehr gut zu sein. Zweiter Punkt schlecht mit öffentlichen Verkehr zu erreichen. Behindertengerecht.
I would have liked to give 4 1/2 stars here. The selection is huge and leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to tiles and stoneware. The half star deduction is available for two points. Once the advice was okay, it could have been a bit better and friendlier to be very good. Second point difficult to reach by public transport. Handicapped accessible.
