★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa. Hartlauer bräuchte dringend eine Kundenschulung für die zwei jungen Burschen im Kitzbüheler Geschäft. Keine Ahnung von Kundenbetreuung, unhöflich, frech und unkompetent. Bis jetzt war immer geschulte und freundliche Bedienung. Wir hoffen, und das sind einige Kunden aus Kitzbühel, dass sich in Zukunft etwas ändert.
Fa. Hartlauer urgently needs a customer training for the two young boys in the Kitzbühel business. No idea about customer service, rude, cheeky and incompetent. Until now always was well-trained and friendly service. We hope, and these are some customers from Kitzbühel, that something will change in the future.

Was in the shop to register a mobile phone tariff because the operator (MTEL) apparently cannot register online. Very committed employees, friendly, competent - the whole team.
