Mega lösungsorientiert, höflich und hilfsbereit, einerlei ob am Telefon, per Mail oder vor Ort im toll sortierten Geschäft. Hier bin ich gerne, es ist entspannt und egal wer vom Team bedient, nimmt sich Zeit für seinen Kunden - das schätze ich wirklich sehr! Auch, dass ich hier nicht zwangsbeglückt werde, sondern wie jüngst zum Beispiel meine geliebte alte Sonnenbrille toll wiederbelebt wurde, sodass ich sie wieder und weiter tragen kann. Soooo cool! D	Daniela Skrein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Los Angeles but spend a lot of time in Kitzbühel. I only come here to get my eyes checked, get a new prescription for my lenses and glasses for years. He is super calm and patient. He sends me my 6 months contact lense supply to the USA per mail. Now, during covid19, America does not allow mail from Austria any longer (!) (I know!) Mr. Allmoslechner went out of his way to write me a new prescription, in English, which I could forward to a US contact lense provider. The same day. So sweet and selfless, he is concerned about his clients getting their products, regardless of where they come from. I thank you! And I hope to be seeing you again soon!
