Felt unwelcomed. No smiles.
I felt the staff didn’t weren’t warm and it was too much of an effort to answer my simple question. I was followed around and felt uneasy whenever I picked an item up. As they would immediately fold it up and put it back right next to me. I have been into many Benetton shops all my life to buy items for myself and my daughter.
I felt in this shop I wasn’t entitled to buy anything and i was looked down on.
I left the shop not buying anything. This particular shop lost out on a good intake from me that day. They need to learn some manners. I was so upset by their behaviour. Especially shocked. I hope the team get retrained and make the experiences for other shoppers a happy and better one.
