w	walter gromit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so eine unfreundliche Behandlung erfahren. Ich wollte alte Dias digitalisieren lassen. Bei meinem 1. Besuch wurde mir gesagt, dass 1 Dia 1 Euro kostet, die Qualität aber top ist, jedes Dia einzeln angefasst wird und gesäubert wird vor dem Scannen. Wg. der hohen Kosten (fast 4x so hoch wie Angebote im Internet, wo man die Dias wegschicken muss) habe ich die Anzahl der Dias reduziert und habe sie wieder vorbeigebracht. Dieses Mal sagten mir 2 Verkäuferinnen, dass der Scan von 4 Dias 2 Euro kostet, was mir auf Nachfrage immer wieder bestätigt wurde. Bei Abholung habe ich die Qualität über meinen Laptop geprüft und die war nicht top: im blauen Himmel waren Fussel zu sehen, teilweise waren sie nicht gerade eingelegt und es waren schwarze Ränder zu sehen. Es kam zu einer unschönen Diskussion mit dem Verantwortlichen, der mir noch vorwarf, dass ich die Dias in einer Diaschiene hätte vorbeibringen sollen (das hat er beim 1. Mal nicht gesagt) und dass die Kratzer wg. der Aufbewahrung in einem Kuvert zustande gekommen wären. Es waren aber keine Kratzer! Auf eine Preisreduktion wg. der mangelnden Qualität und der unterschiedlichen Preisaussagen wollte er sich nicht einlassen, vielmehr wurde die Diskussion immer unerfreulicher, so dass ich die digitalisierten Dias von meinem mitgebrachten Speichermedium löschen lies. Nie wieder Hartlauer! Seldom experienced such unfriendly treatment. I wanted to have old slides digitized. On my first visit I was told that 1 slide costs 1 Euro, but the quality is top, each slide is individually touched and cleaned before scanning. Because of the high costs (almost 4x as high as offers on the Internet where you have to send the slides away) I reduced the number of slides and brought them back over again. This time 2 saleswomen told me that the scan of 4 slides costs 2 euros, which was confirmed to me again and again when I asked. When I picked it up, I checked the quality on my laptop and it wasn't top: there was lint in the blue sky, sometimes it wasn't inserted and there were black edges to be seen. There was an ugly discussion with the person in charge, who accused me of having brought the slides over on a slide (he didn't say that the first time) and that the scratches were due to. the storage in an envelope would have come about. But there were no scratches! On a price reduction wg. He didn't want to get involved in the poor quality and the different price statements, rather the discussion became more and more unpleasant, so I had the digitized slides deleted from the storage medium I had brought with me. Never again Hartlauer!
