Eine Verkäuferin hat mich beschimpft, weil ich einen Gegenstand angefasst habe, der kein Tester ist, aber der Gegenstand wurde mit Testern gestapelt!Sie zwangen mich, das Produkt zu kaufen und drohten mir mit der Polizei! Falsche und schreckliche Einstellung! Der Kunde ist nicht berechtigt und wird nicht respektiert!
Not friendly staff! A salesperson abused me for touching an item that is not a tester, but the item was stacked with testers! They forced me to buy the product and threatened me with the police! Wrong and terrible attitude! The customer is not authorized and is not respected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subjektiv betrachtet im Kosmetikstudio unangenehmes Betriebsklima, hab mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Objektiv keine Beratung, keine genaue Arbeit beim Augenservice, Urgenz bei der Abrechnung des gebuchten Services (Preisdifferenz ca. € 7.-) notwendig.
Subjectively considered in the beauty salon unpleasant working environment, I did not feel comfortable. Objectively no advice, no precise work on the eye service, Urgenz in the settlement of the booked service (price difference about € 7.-) necessary.

RENATA macht ihre Arbeit erstklassig, freundlich und sie macht ihre Arbeit gerne. ? Ich empfehle Sie gar nicht gerne weiter, weil es sehr schwer ist, einen Termin zu bekommen....
My 5 stars are only for the best podiatrist and the best when it comes to all-round eye service. RENATA does her job first class, friendly and she likes her job. ? I do not recommend you at all because it is very difficult to get an appointment ...
