P	Philipp Mandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und kompetenter Optiker bei dem man immer gut aufgehoben ist und der auch bei der Brillenauswahl nicht nur 08/15 Modelle anbietet. Und vor allen Dingen einen TOP Service bietet, siehe mein Beispiel : Ich war vorher schon zufriedener Kunde dort, bin aber vor knapp 2 Jahren leider bei einem Lockangebot einer großen Optikerkette "fremdgegangen". Die Fassung war nun vor kurzem irreparapel beschädigt und die Filiale der Kette hat in dieser Notsituation natürlich nicht geöffnet. Bei Gärner hatte man geöffnet und der Chef nahm sich persönlich sehr freundlich trotz der "Fremdbrille" des Problems an. Sie schafften es schließlich sogar beim Hersteller auf Kulanz kostenlos eine neue Fassung geliefert zu bekommen! Hier wird Kundenservice wirklich noch groß geschrieben und auf die Zufriedenheit des Kunden wert gelegt. TOP! At Gärner it was open and the boss personally took care of the problem in a very friendly manner, despite the "foreign glasses". In the end, they even managed to get a new version delivered free of charge from the manufacturer on goodwill! Customer service is really still very important here and the satisfaction of the customer is important. TOP!
