Mein Problem mit meinem Netzwerk wurde bei mir zu Hause vor Ort gelöst, sogar der Fernseher wurde ins Netzwerk integriert und optimal eingestellt. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden! D	Doris Obermaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VORSICHT! Hände weg! Ich konnte mich bei meinem Firmenlaptop nicht mehr anmelden und war auf der Suche nach einem Reparaturservice. Besitzer war auch sehr sympathisch. Bei der Frage nach den Reparaturkosten bekam ich zur Antwort, dass es nicht viel kosten werde. Dann bekam ich die Rechnung mit ca. € 300,00. Worauf ich ihn anrief und mich beschwerte. Er hat gemeint, dass ja auch die Beratung Zeit und somit Geld koste, aber er kam mir dann entgegen und bot mir an, meine zwei weiteren Laptops kostenlos auf Windows 10 upzugraden. Den ersten Laptop startete ich gleich, als ich zu Hause ankam und es war auch alles in Ordnung. Den zweiten startete ich ca. eine Woche später und ich musste mal mind. 20 Minuten warten, bis er hochgefahren war. Dann sah ich auch schon, dass mit der Grafik was nicht stimmte. Ich war sauer und brachte den Laptop zu einer anderen Firma. Diese teilte mir mit, dass ein falscher Grafikkartentreiber installiert sei und die Festplatte schon so gut wie tot sei und man dies eigentlich bei der letzten Reparatur bereits erkennen hätte müssen. Tut mir leid, aber daher kann ich diese Firma leider überhaupt NICHT empfehlen! ATTENTION! Hands off! I was no longer able to log in to my company laptop and was looking for a repair service. Owner was also personable. When asked about the repair costs, I got the answer that it wouldn't cost much. Then I got the bill with about € 300.00. Whereupon I called him and complained. He said that the consultation also took time and therefore money, but he then came to me and offered to upgrade my two other laptops to Windows 10 free of charge. I started the first laptop when I got home and everything was fine. I started the second one about a week later and had to wait at least 20 minutes for it to start up. Then I saw that something was wrong with the graphics. I was upset and took the laptop to another company. The operator informed me that the wrong graphics card driver was installed and that the hard drive was almost dead and that this should have been recognized during the last repair. I'm sorry, but unfortunately I can't recommend this company at all!

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem WLan, dem Drucken vom Laptop aus und unserem Spiele-PC. Einen Termin haben wir sehr schnell bekommen und die Fehlerursachen wurden auch schnell gefunden.Sogar um die Kommunikation mit dem Elektriker und mit der Telekom hat sich die Firma gekümmert, Termine hat der Besitzer zeitlich koordiniert und war während der Arbeiten anwesend, sodass letztlich alle Probleme gelöst werden konnten. Jetzt funktioniert alles, z.B. geht auch im Garten das WLAN super, was vorher nicht der Fall war. Auch unseren Fernseher und unsere Lichtsteuerung hat er ins neue Netzwerk integriert. Mit dem tollen Service und Einsatz sind wir sehr zufrieden und werden wieder zu Veretronik gehen, wenn wir Etwas brauchen. Herzlichen Dank! We got an appointment very quickly and the causes of the errors were also found quickly. The company even took care of communication with the electrician and with Telekom, appointments were coordinated by the owner and were present during the work, so that ultimately all problems were solved could become. Now everything works, e.g. the WiFi works great in the garden, which was not the case before. He has also integrated our television and lighting control into the new network. We are very satisfied with the great service and commitment and will go back to Veretronik if we need anything. Thank you very much!

Das Gerät funktioniert nach der Reparatur wieder einwandfrei. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr kundenfreundlich. Sogar ein Zustellservice wurde durchgeführt. Zwei Tage danach konnte ich meinen Laptop wieder abholen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Arbeitsspeicher des Gerätes einen Schaden hatte, weshalb der RAM ausgetauscht wurde. Zusätzlich nahm der Eigentümer Kontakt mit Acer auf, um das Gerät mit geeigneter Software auf weitere Hardwarefehler, Performance und Systemstabilität zu testen. Weitere Treibersoftware sowie BIOS-Updates wurden installiert. Die Kosten waren dafür mehr als gerechtfertigt und sehr kundenfreundlich. Bei Fragen zu Hardware- sowie Softwareproblemen werde ich in Zukunft die Firma Veretronik e.U. empfehlen. Sehr nette und vor allem auch eine transparente Beratung runden den nahezu perfekten Service ab.
