Nach 15 Minuten aber Rückruf und Terminabsage: Kunden, die aus dem Ausland zugereist sind, werden nicht versorgt, da diese "Fremdgeräte" haben. Dies trifft wohl auch auf Kunden zu, die ihr Hörgerät nicht bei Hansaton gekauft haben. So gewinnt man keine Neukunden!! Friendly and relatively quick appointment on the phone. After 15 minutes, however, a callback and appointment cancellation: Customers who have traveled from abroad are not supplied because they have "third-party devices". This probably also applies to customers who have not bought their hearing aids from Hansaton. This is not how you win new customers!

Die super freundliche, engagierte und kompetente Beratung hat mich positiv überrascht. Mittlerweile habe ich zwei Hörgeräte die perfekt zu mir und meinen Alltag passen und diesen für mich erleichtern. Ich kann Hansaton Villach sehr empfehlen! Because of the free test hearing aid, I went to the Hansaton branch in Villach. I was positively surprised by the super friendly, committed and competent advice. I now have two hearing aids that perfectly suit me and my everyday life and make it easier for me. I can highly recommend Hansaton Villach!
