Ich bin ohne Termin unter der Woche vormittags vorbei und habe gefragt, ob die Verkäuferin Zeit hätte. Da sie keine Termine eingetragen hatte, hat sie mich freundlich herein geben und mich gefragt was ich mir vorstelle. Wir haben ein paar gefunden, die auf den ersten Blick meinen Vorstellungen entsprachen und anprobiert. Leider hat es bei keinem so richtig gefunkt und ich hab gemerkt sie hat nicht ganz das richtige für mich. Das hat wohl auch so langsam die Verkäuferin gemerkt und wurde immer unfreundlicher. Hat mich sogar fast beleidigt und mir an den Kopf geworfen, normal dürfe man auch garnicht ohne Termin kommen. Sie hat immer wieder gemeint, dass das was sie hätte doch genau das ist was ich gesagt hätte. Es tut mir sehr Leid, dass ihr kein Kleid hattet, das mir zu 100% gefällt und passt, aber das muss die Verkäuferin akzeptieren können und trotzdem freundlich bleiben. Aufgrund der Erfahrung kann ich weder hier noch im Bekanntenkreis einen Besuch bei Euch empfehlen. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here so I cannot recommend visiting. I stopped by during the week mornings without an appointment and asked if the saleswoman had time. Since she hadn't entered any appointments, she kindly let me in and asked me what I wanted. We found a few that met my expectations at first glance and tried them on. Unfortunately, it didn't really work with anyone and I noticed she wasn't quite right for me. The saleswoman noticed that slowly and became more and more unfriendly. Almost insulted me and threw me on the head that normally you are not allowed to come without an appointment. She kept saying that what she would have is exactly what I would have said. I am very sorry that you did not have a dress that I like and fits 100%, but the seller has to be able to accept that and still be friendly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend a visit to you either here or in your circle of friends.

Doch die Beratung in Le Chat hat mir innerhalb kurzen Zeit geholfen, meinem Traumkleid zu finden! Le Chat hat ein geniales Team die gehen auf alle wünsche ein auch dazu gehört die tolle Schneiderin! Ich kann jeder Braut nur empfehlen, hier einen Termin zu machen! Ich bedanke mich herzlich für die tolle Beratung! :) I had an appointment on January 31st and had no idea what direction my wedding dress should go! But the advice in Le Chat helped me to find my dream dress within a short time! Le Chat has a brilliant team who respond to all wishes, including the great seamstress! I highly recommend every bride to make an appointment here! Thank you very much for the great advice! :)

Leider habe ich meinen Termin zum Brautkleidkauf bei LeChat Innsbruck trotzdem nicht positiv in Erinnerung. Auf meine Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen. Ähnlich wie andere Kundinnen schon geschrieben hatten, schien die Tatsache, dass mein perfektes Kleid leider nicht dabei war, als Unannehmlichkeit betrachtet und immer wieder betont, dass man ja eh schon alles probiert hatte (Wir waren zu zweit, blieben etwas über eine Stunde und ich habe insgesamt 4 Kleider und 2 Röcke anprobiert - das scheint mir nicht exzessiv). Leider war auch nur eine Beraterin im Laden, dadurch wurden wir fast durchgehend durch Klingeln aus dem Ballkleidladen gestört - ist an sich halb so schlimm, zerstört aber die Stimmung. Aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrung habe ich am selben Nachmittag noch bei einem anderen Brautladen angerufen und wurde dort beim 3. Brautkleid sofort fündig - man hat halt einfach zugehört - habe am Ende das doppelte bezahlt: Für das perfekte Kleid und einen gelungenen Nachmittag im Licht der Hochzeitsvorbereitung ist es jeden Cent wert. The prices are attractive and the first contact is also very nice. Unfortunately, I still don't have a positive memory of my appointment to buy a wedding dress at LeChat Innsbruck. My wishes were not taken into account. Similar to what other customers had written, the fact that my perfect dress was unfortunately not among them seemed to be viewed as an inconvenience and repeatedly emphasized that everything had already been tried (there were two of us, we stayed a little over an hour and I tried on a total of 4 dresses and 2 skirts - that doesn't seem excessive to me). Unfortunately, there was only one consultant in the store, so we were disturbed almost continuously by the bell from the ball gown store - it's not that bad in itself, but it ruined the mood. Because of the bad experience, I called another bridal shop that same afternoon and immediately found what I was looking for with the 3rd wedding dress - you just listened - I ended up paying double: For the perfect dress and a successful afternoon in the light of the wedding preparations it's worth every penny.

Ich habe mein Traumkleid gefunden und das zu einem super Preis. Ich bin glücklich das es so einfach und spontan geklappt hat. Angelika hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und wir haben uns in ruhe entscheiden können. Sehr empfehlenswert!! We stopped by the shop spontaneously today and didn't have an appointment - but we were greeted very friendly and given top advice right away! I found my dream dress and at a great price. I am happy that it worked so easily and spontaneously. Angelika took a lot of time for us and we were able to decide in peace. Highly recommended!!

Da ich so eine tolle Beratung für mein standesamtliches Kleid hatte, war für mich sofort klar, dass ich hier auch mein Kleid für die kirchliche Hochzeit kaufen möchte. Überaus bemühte Mitarbeiterinnen die sich so viel Zeit nehmen bis das richtige Kleid gefunden ist. Auch mit einer Schneiderin, die überaus tolle Arbeit leistet, wird zusammen gearbeitet. Kurz gesagt.....fabelhaft. I discovered Le Chat by chance. Since I had such great advice on my civil dress, it was immediately clear to me that I would also like to buy my dress for the church wedding here. Extremely hard-working employees who take so much time to find the right dress. We also work together with a seamstress who does a great job. In short ..... fabulous.
