Nachdem das Handy wesentlich teurer war als beispielsweise im Media Markt, hatte ich mir erwartet, als Service die Daten von meinem alten Handy überspielt zu bekommen und zwar kostenlos. Tatsächlich hätte ich dafür aber 30 Euro bezahlen sollen. Da frage ich mich, wo bleibt das Service und was sollte mich als Kunde anspornen, weiterhin hier einzukaufen, wo ich das Gefühl hatte, außer Spesen nichts gewesen.
