Die nette Dame am Telefon hat mich über den Preis der Reparatur und die Dauer aufgeklärt. 20min später stand ich im Laden, wurde sehr schnell bedient und hatte knapp 30min später ein voll funktionsfähiges Handy mit neuem Akku in der Hand. Vom Erstkontakt bis hin zur Reparatur und Abwicklung absolut unkompliziert und vorbildlich. Im Gegensatz zu den großen Märkten sehr transparent und fast keine Wartezeit. Von mir eine absolute Empfehlung! Ich werde meine Geräte in Zukunft nur dort hin bringen! Vielen Dank für den erstklassigen Service!?? I called there and asked for a battery change. An andere Stelle wurde mir bereits ein teures Ersatzteil verbunden mit einer langen Reparaturdauer angeboten! Hier erfolgte letztlich eine superschelle und auch preislich sehr faire Blitzreparatur in nur 10 Minuten ohne kostspielige Neuteile! Der Preis war auch ok. Had the data transferred from the old cell phone to a new one on Saturday. Nice and uncomplicated handling and everything worked out as agreed. The price was ok too.
