★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tut mir leid habe zu emotional reagiert! Im Nachhinein kann ich das schon nachvollziehen. Aber das Zubehör habe ich bereits gezahlt gehabt, deshalb hat mich das aufgeregt, die Wörter waren trotzdem unangebracht, gebe ich wkl zu! Vor allem wenn man von links Rechts beeinflusst wird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 18.9.2021 ein Handy dort gekauft. Nach nicht mal 2 Monaten ist es defekt. Im Shop wurde mir dann gesagt das sie nichts machen können. Ich soll woanders hingehen und es reparieren lassen. Kann nur jeden davon abraten dort etwas zu kaufen. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um.
Lügen nichts als Lügen aber zum Glück haben sie ja alles aufgezeichnet ?
Nachdem ich jetzt bei einem fachkundigen Handyshop war wurde mir geholfen. Es war weder das Display defekt noch ein Wasserschaden aber wenn man sich das Handy nicht mal ansehen will sondern einfach eine Behauptung mittels 2 Meter Entfernung stellt, aber ja.man verkauft ja nur. Danach kann der Kunde bleiben wo der Pfeffer wächst. Und die Garantie würde mir erst angeboten nachdem ich gesagt habe daß ich eine negative Bewertung abgeben werde und schon am gehn war. Vorher war davon keine Rede.
Bought a cell phone there on September 18, 2021. After less than 2 months it is defective. In the shop I was told that there was nothing they could do. I'm supposed to go somewhere else and get it fixed. Can only advise everyone against buying something there. That's not how you treat customers.
Lies are nothing but lies but luckily they recorded everything ?
Now that I was at a specialist cell phone shop, I was helped. The display was neither defective nor water damage, but if you don't even want to look at the cell phone but simply make a claim at a distance of 2 meters, yes, you are only selling. After that, the customer can stay where the pepper grows. And the guarantee would only be offered to me after I said that I would give a negative rating and was already going. There was no talk of it before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Willhaben ist das Handy 5G. Nachdem Zahlung habe ich bemerkt, dass es nicht den Fall war und wollte gleich zurückgeben. Sie haben sie verweigert, und 30€ von mir verlangen, weil ich die mit dem Etikett gedeckte Informationen angeschaut habe. Das Handy war nicht original versiegelt. Keine Folie. Lustig ist das er das Handy nicht zurück haben wollte, weil ich es „geöffnet“ habe. Wenn ich habe die doppelte Etikette angezeigt (so falsch versiegelt) hat er mir ein anderes Handy gegeben. Also wo war das Problem? Das hat nur eine Name.

The cell phone was not originally sealed. No slide. It's funny that he didn't want the cell phone back because I "opened" it. When I showed the double label (so wrongly sealed) he gave me another cell phone. So where was the problem? It only has one name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde mir ein fake Apple USB-C Ladegerät verkauft. Hab es mit zwei originalen Ladegeräten verglichen (aus einem iPad direkt von Apple bestellt und vom MediaMarkt) und es fühlt sich leichter und hohl an. Wenn man auf das Ladegerät klopft fühlt/hört es sich so an als wären Sprungfedern drinnen, das originale ist fest, als würde man auf Metall klopfen.

Edit: Damit ich hier auf die Antwort vom Verkäufer antworte.
Dieser Einkauf ist nicht zu Weihnachten passiert, es war auch nichts los im shop, somit gibt es für eine „Verwechslung“ keine Ausrede. Auch dass nachgebaute Ladeadapter mit originaler Apple Verpackung hier verkauft werden, ist eigentlich eine Frechheit, da dies gegen die Urheberrechte von Apple verstößt und illegal ist. Ich wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen dass das ein Nachbau ist, ganz im Gegenteil, meine „Batterie könnte durch die alten Ladegeräte heiß und beschädigt werden, deswegen müssen Sie sich ein neues Ladegerät kaufen“. Also so viel zu dem Thema.
Hätte ich kein originales Ladegerät zu Hause, hätte ich es nie bemerkt dass es nicht echt ist und ich werde es sicher nicht umtauschen, da ich keine 140km hin- und zurück für ein Ladegerät fahren werde.
I was sold a fake Apple USB-C charger. I compared it to two original chargers (ordered from an iPad directly from Apple and from MediaMarkt) and it feels lighter and hollow. If you knock on the charger it feels / sounds as if there are springs inside, the original one is firm, as if you were knocking on metal.

This purchase did not happen at Christmas, there was nothing going on in the shop, so there is no excuse for a "mix-up". It is also a cheek that replica charging adapters with original Apple packaging are sold here, as this violates Apple's copyrights and is illegal. I was also not advised that this is a replica, on the contrary, my "battery could get hot and damaged by the old chargers, so you will have to buy a new charger". So so much for the subject.
If I didn't have an original charger at home, I would never have noticed that it was not real and I certainly won't exchange it because I won't drive 140km there and back for a charger.
