Man kann wirklich authentisch erleben, wie Käse produziert wird und man kann nicht nur selber Hand anlegen bei der Herstellung des eigenen Käses, sondern bekommt auch bei jedem Handwerkschritt erklärt, was hier passiert und warum er wichtig ist. Die anschließende Käseverkostung mit wein auf der schönen Terrasse unterstreicht das besondere Ambiente und verleiht diesem Erlebnis einen würdigen Abschluss! Ich danke der Familie Masser für dieses schöne Erlebnis!
The staff is not only friendly but also extremely competent and motivated! You can really experience how cheese is made and you can not only lend a hand in the production of your own cheese, but also gets explained with each craft step, what happens here and why it is important. The subsequent cheese tasting with wine on the beautiful terrace underlines the special ambience and gives this experience a worthy conclusion! I thank the family Masser for this beautiful experience!
