Aus dieser Milch wird dann in sorgfältiger Arbeit der Käse hergestellt. Man kann dort nicht nur Käse kaufen, sondern auch Käse, Wein Verkostungen buchen und sich die Molkerei anschauen. Der Käse ist auch mehrfach mit hohen Preisen ausgezeichnet und somit ein Muss für jeden Käseliebhaber. It is a pure family business with a quiet, somewhat remote farm. Dann probieren und kaufen, einfach spitze. Der Hofladen ist nicht einfach zu erreichen. Am Schloss Piber vorbei denn rechts halten und später links. Die kleine Straße dann bis zum Ende durchfahren.
