Obviously not interested in selling replacement parts for old CNC machines. After 1 1/2 months, I'm still waiting for any reaction or response ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wieder eines der Unternehmen die nur verkaufen wollen. Versuchen sie nicht den Service zu kontaktieren, das ist grundsätzlich erfolglos. Zudem darf man als österreichischer Kunde auch den Service in Deutschland (der um Klassen besser, und sogar am Samstag erreichbar ist!) nicht kontaktieren da die Firma Handl einen Gebietsschutz hat. Somit ist man auf Tipps aus dem Internet angewiesen was in einer Produktionsumgebung nicht zielführend ist.
Again one of those companies that just want to sell. Do not try to contact the service, this is basically unsuccessful. In addition, as an Austrian customer, you are not allowed to contact the service in Germany (which is a whole lot better, and can even be reached on Saturdays!) because the Handl company has territorial protection. You are therefore dependent on tips from the Internet, which is not effective in a production environment.
