★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen vermeintlichen Rohrbruch besichtigt, mit zwei Mann angerückt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Sifon undicht ist. 10 Minuten Arbeit.
Verrechnet wurden 1.25 Stunden € 172.00 + MwSt. in Summe € 206.41 für NICHTS , denn das Problem wurde nicht behoben. Es tropft nach wie vor Wasser aus der Zwischendecke im unteren Geschoss. So wird heute gearbeitet. Nie wieder diese Firma!!!
Visited a supposed burst pipe, approached with two men. It turned out that the siphon is leaking. 10 minutes of work.
1.25 hours were charged € 172.00 + VAT in total € 206.41 for NOTHING, because the problem was not resolved. Water is still dripping from the false ceiling on the lower floor. This is how we work today. Never again this company!
