Ich liebe meine Bettwäsche von der Grünen Erde, als auch die Naturkosmetik. Top assortment and nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the furniture is more for the thick wallet. But the little things are quite affordable. I love my green earth bedding, as well as natural cosmetics.

Was mich enttäuscht hat ist, dass Produkte, wie z.B. die Betten, so wie bei allen anderen Anbietern, aus meiner Ansicht nach, sehr dünnem Holz gearbeitet sind. Holzbetten mit massiven Kopf- und Fußteilen - in denen man sich geborgen fühlen kann - gibt es leider auch hier nicht. Scheint eine Marktlücke zu sein. The service is friendly and supportive. The prices are rather high. What disappointed me is that products such as In my opinion, the beds, as with all other providers, are made of very thin wood. Unfortunately, there are no wooden beds with massive head and foot sections - in which you can feel safe either. Seems to be a niche in the market.
L	Laura Bacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe letzte Woche den Kundenservice angerufen, da ich wissen wollte, ob ein gewisses Möbelstück im Geschäft in der Sporgasse ausgestellt wurde. Ich musste maximal 1 Minute warten, dann meldete sich schon eine äußerst freundliche Dame bei mir. Sie war sehr zuvorkommend und fragte sogleich im Grazer Geschäft nach. Leider wurde das Möbelstück nicht ausgestellt, die Dame entschuldigte sich sogar dafür und wünschte mir noch einen wunderschönen Tag und wenn ich nochmals Fragen haben sollte, könnte ich gerne jederzeit wieder anrufen. Das war mit Abstand das netteste Gespräch, das ich jemals mit einem Kundenservice hatte! Hut ab, das Leitbild von Grüner Erde wird wirklich in allen Aspekten ausgelebt. I phoned customer service last week because I wanted to know if any piece of furniture was on display in the store in Sporgasse. I had to wait a maximum of 1 minute, then already reported a very friendly lady with me. She was very courteous and asked at once in the Graz business. Unfortunately, the furniture was not issued, the lady even apologized for it and wished me a wonderful day and if I should have questions again, I would like to call again anytime. This was by far the nicest conversation I've ever had with customer service! Hats off, the concept of Green Earth is really lived out in all aspects.

Man fühlt sich ab der ersten sekunde mehr als wohl und ich glaube es gibt kein einziges produkt das ich nicht sofort kaufen möchte! Sehr schöner shop!! I just love every single green earth store! It feels more than comfortable from the first second and I think there is not a single product that I do not want to buy immediately! Very nice shop !!
