Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Leiter, bot er ihr gratis eine Nachbesserung und einen "Kostennachlass" bezüglich einer Ungereimtheit an. Danach war die Frisur wirklich top! Hut ab, ich war begeistert! Aufgrund des ausgezeichneten Services kann ich Hairhunter nur weiterempfehlen. Das Gespräch verlief sehr freundlich und er zeigte sich durchaus verständlich. Stimmung war danach wirklich locker und man hatte kein ungutes Gefühl nochmal nachgefragt zu haben. Great customer service! My girlfriend's hair was not cut well. After a telephone consultation with the leader, he offered her a free rework and a "cost discount" regarding an inconsistency. After that, the hairstyle was really great! Hats off, I was thrilled! Due to the excellent service, I can only recommend Hairhunter. The conversation was very friendly and he was quite understandable. Mood was really easy afterwards and you had no bad feeling to have asked again.

Mir wurde gesagt, dass sich das heute nicht mehr ausgehen würde, da noch 7 Personen vor mir einen Termin hätten. Der Salon hat jedoch bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet. Da das Spitzen schneiden nicht viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, hätte man das (während andere Kunden beispielsweise ihre Haarfarbe einwirken lassen) meiner Meinung nach noch integrieren können. I just wanted to have tips cut and was there at half past four. I was told that it would not work out today because 7 people still had an appointment before me. However, the salon is open until 7 p.m. Since cutting the tip doesn't take much time, I think it could have been integrated (while other customers let their hair color soak in, for example).

Sie weiß zu 100% wovon sie spricht und man merkt, dass es für sie nicht nur ein Job ist. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich überaus zufrieden und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen! :-) I was with Sarah today to have the disastrous work of another salon corrected and I felt in good hands with her from the start. She knows 100% what she's talking about and you can tell that it's not just a job for her. I am extremely satisfied with the result and can only recommend it to others! :-)

Balayage (von Laura gefärbt glaube ich?) wurde wunderschön, Farbe und Helligkeit genau so wie gewünscht/besprochen, bin sehr glücklich damit. Alle MitarbeiterInnen im Salon sind sehr freundlich :) Has been to Hairhunter several times but was in this branch for the first time a few days ago. Balayage (dyed by Laura I think?) Turned out beautiful, color and brightness exactly as requested / discussed, I'm very happy with it. All employees in the salon are very friendly :)

Top geschnitten, top gefärbt, top Betreuung & Service generell. Werde in Zukunft nur mehr zu diesem Friseur kommen! I'm just really excited! Had my hair cut & dyed again today at the Hair Hunter on Südtirolerplatz and I look better than I have in a long time! Top cut, top colored, top care and service in general. Will only come to this hairdresser in the future!
