Hairdressers are all friendly, professional and take their time with each customer. Prices are fair, don't know about how dying prices compare with others tho. You are of course offered free refreshments and coffee. Reservation is practically a must, for Saturday appointments best a week before.

I came to the salon with my hair tied in a bun and after the cut he told me ‘with this hair length you still can put your hair up in a bun’. A very small gesture but shows how much they care :)

I am not questioning the hairdresser’s capability, however my experience was not so great. I went for a regular trim, maintaining my existing layers. And to my shock, i found the split ends were still there. I didn’t want it too short, but that doesn’t mean i want to retain split ends. As an experienced hair dresser, it was her duty to cut to a length where the damaged hair is completely removed. I was shocked why I had to explain such a basic thing. Even after explaining, i found several split ends that were not cut out. And they do not know to blow dry hair. They need to use powerful blow driers or blow dry brushes. I am never going back. However, I must say the hairdresser was a very sweet and kind lady and that’s why I didn’t want to be rude on her face and tried to explain politely that she didnt do the job well. I don't know if I could convey that.
