M	M Gi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 19.1 in der Filiale Niederhofstraße um meinen Ansatz nachfärben zu lassen. Hierbei habe ich ausdrücklich gesagt, dass ich KEINE blondierung möchte und die Frisörin hatte auch gemeint dass dies nicht nötig sei. Tja 2h später hatte ich komplett weiß-blonde haare und es sah schrecklich aus. Ich bat sie höflich diese katastrophe zu überfärben worauf sie sehr unfreundlich wurde und mir dann eine farbe draufgeklatscht hat. Das ende der Geschichte- meine Kopfhaut hat geblutet und ich kämpfe bis heute mit den offenen Stellen obwohl ich schon beim Hautarzt war und nun mit Cortison behandle... Auch meine Haare sind jetzt komplett kaputt und ich kann diese nun kurz schneiden... Die reaktionen der anwesenden Frisörinen waren furchtbar, sie verteidigten sich obwohl ich den tränen nahe war und meinten dass ich es so wollte- ich hatte jedoch eine freundin mit, die bezeugen kann dass das nicht so war. Auch bei der Kundenbetreuung hat sich niemamd bei mir gemeldet also Kundenbetreuung unter aller Sau.... Bei meiner Freundin ging das färben auch daneben- als eine komplette katastrophe unser besuch. Also überlegt es euch gut ob ihr dort hingeht ! I was in the Niederhofstraße branch on January 19th to have my roots touched up. I expressly said that I did NOT want bleaching and the hairdresser also said that this was not necessary. Well 2 hours later I had completely white-blonde hair and it looked terrible. I politely asked her to color over this catastrophe whereupon she got very rude and then slapped a color on me. The end of the story - my scalp was bleeding and I'm still fighting with the vacancies even though I've already been to the dermatologist and am now treating with cortisone... My hair is also completely broken now and I can now cut it short... The reactions of the hairdressers present were terrible, they defended themselves even though I was close to tears and said that I wanted it that way - however, I had a friend with me who can testify that it wasn't like that. Even with customer service, no one has contacted me, so customer service under all sow.... My girlfriend's coloring also went wrong - our visit was a complete disaster. So think twice before going there!

Föhnen 23€ Aufpreis bei einem Haarschnitt für 19€ ist einfach nur frech, vor allem weil nichts gesagt wird. OK for men’s service Despite the "fair" promise, women pay significantly more. Blow-drying € 23 extra for a € 19 haircut is just cheeky, especially because nothing is said.
